Entry Level Ironworker/Welder
Our welders must pass an in-house weld certification test, able to work at heights, lift up to 100 pounds and safely operate and work around cranes, aerial lifts and other construction equipment. A few of our requirements include 2 or more years of experience, comprehensive knowledge of structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and crane signals/rigging practices.

Our ironworkers can climb the career ladder to become Journeyman Ironworker/Welders, and from there become Erection Foremen, Project Estimators and even Project Managers.
