Job Purpose:

HME is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

What to Expect:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Coordinate with administrative team members to accomplish daily tasks
  • Reconcile daily over the counter sales and receipts
  • Assist related companies/departments with special projects
  • The freedom to complete work assignments with as much or little support as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  •  Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Motivation to learn and succeed
