Weekend Crew

Our Weekend Crew program is now open to even more positions of the fabrication shop at Haas Metal Engineering. We’re seeking motivated candidates eager to learn from the best and begin a career with one of the fastest-growing metal fabricators in the Midwest.

Positions available include:

  • Fabricators
  • Machine Operators
  • Ironworkers
  • Welders
  • Painters
  • Quality Assurance

On-the-job training for any position is possible for the right candidate.

PART TIME

If you’re looking for part-time work while you’re completing your degree or as a second job, HME, Inc. can give you that opportunity. A sample schedule for our part-time workers might look like this:

Friday: 4pm-9pm
Saturday: 11am-9pm
Sunday: 10am-6pm

HME, Inc. pays an excellent starting wage. You can earn more than at other entry-level job while giving yourself a competitive advantage when you transition to full-time employment. Weekend Crew participants are also given preference for Summer internship opportunities.

FULL TIME

If you’re looking for full-time pay with benefits while having 4 days off each week, then the Weekend Crew is perfect for you. A sample schedule for our full-time workers typically looks like this:

Friday: 6am-9pm
Saturday: 7am-9pm
Sunday: 8am-6pm

Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Also included are an incentive bonus program, 401(k) match, 100% paid health insurance (including individual or family coverage options), and additional dental, vision, and supplemental insurance policies.
